Personnel trÚs trÚs gentil et serviable qui est venu chanter happy birthday et à amené un gùteau ! Piscine agréable mais peu ombragée. Quartier résidentiel trÚs verdoyant. Location de scooter à prix raisonnable mais les repas et les cigarettes sont chers!

Wonderful hotel with even more wonderful people.

This hotel is beautiful. We were treated so well by the staff! The room was great, and the bathroom was one of the nicest we had on our entire trip. The location in interesting; it's on a small bag road with nothing around it except for a couple of other hotels nearby. I feel that Mandalay is just a unique city, it seems quite large so everything is a bit spread out. There didn't seem to be a "downtown" area, but I might be wrong. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because of it's proximity to Royal Mandalay, but we didn't even end up visiting because after reading about it it's not worth it and all of the money goes directly to the military, which we didn't want to support. There isn't much to do in Mandalay, but it's super interesting just going there to see a city that is so seldomly visited by tourists. The people are WONDERFUL.

It's a great place to stay in the North East of the city. Close to the Royal Palace. There is a large super market in walking distance (19th street). Highly recommended.

Great hotel for the price. If you don’t mind large volume of groups and the noise and crowding at breakfast buffet it’s ok. Staff are fantastic. Very helpful.

Good room and breakfast, remote location

The hotel is in a very quiet area with very little around (bars, resturants, shops). Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and good shower. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was good, not like in some more upmarket hotels we stayed at, but there were plenty of Asian and European foods and fresh fruit, pastries etc.. We were surprised to find the rooftop bar (which is advertised on the website) completely under construction, so there was nowhere to have a drink after a day of sightseeing. So this was a bit misleading and should probably be corrected on the website until it's operational again.

Poor hygiene for food

Beware! I found moss on my piece of banana cake during breakfast, but the staff only toss my cake into the trash, without checking the rest of cakes on the plate. Only 2 pillows for a double bed. Very quiet at night with neither shop nor restaurant nearby. The only good thing is there is an ATM beside the lobby.

Good hotel but far from the downtown area where most restaurants are. Walking from hotel to downtown is hard as sidewalks are in bad shape.

The hotel is in a beautiful leafy tree lined part of town only a few minutes walk to the moat and the walls of the old Palace with clear views of Mandalay Hill. However if you like to be close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown shopping area then this hotel is not for you. Swimming pool excellent. Breakfast just about ok. Rooms large, modern, clean and comfortable

Good experience

We arrived to Mandalay early in the morning by bus and we could enter our room straight away :). That was very helpful! Nice and spacious room. Free cocktails in the pool area during happy hour. Convenient location to visit around. Cheap bicycle rental.

Worth staying

The staff and hotel services were marvellous. We checked out in the morning and then went out for a day tour. When we got back to pick up our luggages, they had a shower room insidethe gym for us to use. The staff also gave us towels and toiletries! However, during our stay, bathroom smelled aweful, probAbly from the sewage.

Good location, clean, and friendly staff

New hotel with all facilities that you wish for. Friendly staff, clean room, and good location. Road to the hotel is a little bit rough but every taxi knows. Waiting for Sky Bar to open in the near future. Would recommend this hotel to anyone to Mandalay.

Friendly, clean and comfortable

Lovely staff. One of the reception guys lent me his phone charger after I left mine in China. Nice comfy rooms and kept very clean. The happy hour by the pool was nice. Breakfast was not great but totally edible. The area was OK but lots of stray dogs around which seemed a little imposing at night and a bit far away from restaurants. Easy taxi though. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Food is very good and pool area very nice. Free cocktails around the pool 6:30-7:30pm. One of the nicer hotels around the area. Would highly recommend.
