It s easy to launch your boat down at the local boat ramp and there is loads of room to park your boat on our section. Or if it's relaxation your after get out the hammocks, get your book and enjoy the peace and quiet and some down time. It s a great place for children with the lake being safe to swim in and there is a great park for families to enjoy. There are lots of nice walks and Mangakino is part of the Waikato River Trail cycling track. It is only 30 minutes drive to the thriving city of Taupo for a hit of coffee or a spot of shopping and Taupo is jam-packed with activities and attractions to suit everybody.
Just a 30 minute drive to Tokoroa and 45 minutes to Rotorua. Drive for an 1 hr 30 minutes and you could be carving it up on the Whakapapa ski field. Mangakino is central to everywhere. Don't delay book now. The Mangakino secret is out.
