Casa de Pedro (Guam)

Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there! Because they said no refunds! We were sorry about casa de Pedro’s apartment being not a nice place to stay, but I hope this place will soon be renovated soon? Sincerely The Diaz family

Returning guest - new property

Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions. Tourist district about a 15-20 minute drive away. Great for the business travel or someone who is visiting family. Awesome property host "Jack"
