Let yourself be tempted by this house completely renovated by the owner who is passionate about old stones. A charming and cozy interior with all the comforts for your vacation. In the heart of the Livradois-Forez Natural Park, you will discover the magnificent landscapes during hikes in the heart of nature. The pretty surrounding villages will seduce you with their buildings. When entering the cottage, on the ground floor, you will find the living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and toilet. On the first floor, a lounge area, two bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each and a shower room / toilet. On the second and last floor, a large bedroom under the roof with 3 beds 70 and 1 bed 120. Internet television. Electric heating according to consumption. For a peaceful vacation, sheets are provided with beds made on arrival. In front of the cottage you can enjoy the private garden furniture located on an unfenced communal plot (not used by the other residents of the place but shared with another cottage). Shops and services in Vic-le-Comte 11 km. 2 additional people accepted 30€/person/night. Rentable with the gîte next door (63G1489 for 2 people).
