Well first room had bed bugs. Then second room the bed was collapsed in the middle.

The bathroom light was dim and we couldn't get the key cards to work most of the time. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very inconvenient to have to go back to the lobby to get the keys reset. We are in our 60,s and there was no elevator. Will be the last time we stay at this Super 8 We satyed in the Super 8 in Pratt Ks, a week ago and it was extremely clean and comfortable.

Gets the job done

My fiancé and I booked a night here because t said they were pet friendly and then get charged a pet fee at check in. I guess it is to make sure our dog doesn’t pee everywhere and any damages but I frustrated that this wasn’t included with the price and mentioned. I feel kind of blindsided. I understand I booked through a third party but I’m frustrated in the end.

On the expedia site it says optional extras and lists our pet fee as 50 per night. You were charged 25. We are sorry that you seemed blindsided but being pet friendly does not mean pet stays free. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again.

Clean and quiet

The room was clean and quiet and the staff was pleasent. Its not a 5 star hotel but it suited its purpous. :) happy with our say here

Key card never worked I had to go to front desk no less than 8 times in 3 days. Toilet barely flushed. Shower had hardly any pressure. Just a run down low budget hotel
