This is the second time we have stayed here and it is simply perfect! We completely love the location, the house is clean and well stocked, and the three levels provides everyone with their own bathrooms and area.However, as suggested last time, having the ability to close off the windows to the neighbors would be amazing. There was someone upstairs looking at us and when we went to the window they shut the light off so we couldn’t see them. Could be a coincidence that we were all looking out the window at the same time, and it feels completely safe in the area, but the extra privacy would be nice.

Good comfortable nice location. Stairs are not good, my wife feel down the basement stairs. Not enough head room also very narrow. I’ve been in home construction for over 30 years and these stairs do not meet current codes

Baseball weekend with family/friends

This how was the great size for our group of families traveling for baseball. The house was spacious and had all of the things we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had some ballgames that ran into Sunday and the host were accommodating to allow us a flexible check out time which we appreciated very much.

Awesome house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was perfect for our group of chaperones and students in town for an FFA event. The stairs going down to the basement rooms are a little steep, but we made it work. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect house close to campus for a family wedding

Perfect for our family - such a fun neighborhood walkable to everything! Hard to find a place with this many bedrooms - and even had plenty of bathrooms! Perfect - highly recommend! Host was super responsive and easy to communicate with -

This was a great little house for our family in town to celebrate a birthday. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, close to Aggieville and city park. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

This was a great place to stay for our whole family! Very comfortable and clean. Well taken care of, updated and just really nice all around. Walking distance to Aggieville. Communication with the host was very easy. We would definitely stay here again! We come back every year for a football game and this was by far one of the best places we have stayed in Manhattan!

Great Home!

We walked to conferences on campus, Aggieville for food/drinks, and could get to the rodeo arena in minutes. The house was actually better than advertised! Lots of beds/bathrooms with comfy bedding. We stayed on the main floor, but our daughter-in-law was downstairs for more privacy and better sleep since she was going to be in meetings all day and needed rest. We put our kids in their 20’s upstairs because they like to play their music and dance around while they get ready to go out (and had their own bathroom. There was also enough space upstairs for another full bed/couch between the rooms up there. That was their dance/dress up/get ready area😂😂. The whole house was well insulated, so we never heard a peep from the other floors. Only suggestion would be curtains on the upper kitchen windows, but then it would hide the beautiful windows. They were country beautiful. Highly recommend this home. We stayed in another home last year that was a block away and paid twice the price. We will hopefully stay here again next year.
