I sat on this review for a whole year to contemplate my exact ideas. The fact that I will be returning soon lead me to write a review.
The facility is amazing. Be it a business traveler, a couple, like us, or a great gathering.
The great:
Soft comfortable beds.
Daily housekeeping.
Two fully stocked bars; local and international favourites.
Clean, almost too clean.
Long running hot water. And by hot, I mean melt hot at full !
Breakfast. Pay the extra for the buffet breakfast. Some of the best food I’ve had for the price.
The good:
staff is out to please.
Pool is clean.
Towels in room and at pool are nice, soft, comfort, and not over softened.
There’s dozens of hookups in the room. USB A 3.x, usb C, hdmi, power outlets for every country in the world.
Smoking near the dedicated area won’t get you harassed! A huge plus for me!
The ok:
Maybe the timing? There were multiple events at the stadium next door while we were there. But foot traffic is a pain in the early morning and late evening.
Elevators are slow by western standards. And you’ll be shoe-horning in the stated hours. Covid or not, it’s like a Japanese subway train. Literally.
The bad:
This is clearly subjective, and my own feelings.
Parking. Parking is credited. It’s safe and secure. But pay attention to what you rent. This isn’t Europe or America. There’s no fudge on clearance. Even exactly pre-planning our rental, we had issues. Our rented pickup didn’t clear the eatery/exit turn and the gate caught us

this hotel does not provide any cotton balls to be used for cleaning my face. No cotton buds to clear my ears after bath. and no razor and comb. These small amenities are very important, since we do not have to bring them over when checking in the hotel. what a disappointment.

I love this hotel, it’s our third time staying here.
It’s very convenient to everything. The staff are all nice and friendly. Alicia in the front desk is cool and lovely. Our check in and check out procedure was a breeze. The breakfast buffet was amazing!
Will definitely come back…
