Treated poorly.

we weren’t allowed to get our room, we weren’t even able to go to the hotel. we followed all of your instructions and we were left. the only people we could talk with were 100 meters down the street and they were security guards. they made it very stressful. we were forced to stand out side the hotel in the rain. one of the security guards said the hotel declined our reservation. all i want is my money back and we’ll leave it at that.

Hi Rick, I need to correct you right there. You did not follow instructions. You never replied to our emails, you never called us. You had a change of plans reason why you never reached out to us. First time we heard from you was after your check in date. 100% of Arriving guests do reach out to us, reply to our emails prior to check in.

Absolutely awful...still waiting for refund

We had a security guard walk us to the unit since we had no directions what to do. There was no jey in the designated mailbox that we were emailed after 5pm. The unit has roaches. Pictures attached. There was something leaking under the kitchen sink. We were exhausted, disgusted and left after several hours spent to fet into the unit then the disappointment once we actually looked inside. We left that night also because we could not park in ANY of the garages since they only allow owners not the temporary tenants. This IS NOT what we were supposed to experience.

We apologize for this incident, such housekeeping lapses shall not happen again. "No one is supposed to experience this.""For any concerns pls contact us." We sent this message coz we will exhaust all effort to make you comfortable. We could've offered our best unit. You contacted us only the next day, long after check out time.
