When I arrived, they had canceled my reservation!! I never stayed because the owner of the unit, I thought it was a HOTEL, said I did not respond to the time I was arriving? I have never heard of such crap before in my life, you book a hotel unit, and a separate owner needs to know the specifics of your arrival when you have already requested it through the hotel web site?

Milano Suites

As it’s condotel no supply of fresh towels & toiletries & make bed & cleaning everyday although strong wifi & owner who works overseas shared her Netflix login (thank you ;) only caretaker handed keys & door card on 1st day & last day to check everything in order & handed the keys & card - not really the job for staffs on reception & the building itself...but nice enough to helped us with luggage up & down & called us a grab taxi ;)
