Old hotel in an interesting area
Publié le 24 nov. 2022 sur HotelsMany broken things: tap, electrical sockets. Toilet and shower not clean. Noisy in the day because of nearby gym. Large room, quiet in the night (no trafic). Hotel wifi does not reach the room, have your own.

It is in the Spanish historical heart of the Philippines, next to the San Agustin church and museum and the Cervantes institute. It has some historical character and some beautiful features (ceiling, tiles). Room was large (maybe 30 m²) with storage and seats. Bathroom large and practical. Nice mattress. Doors can be improved : dirty and not closing well. The worst point: a lot of noise approximately from 11 to 18 h because of gym across the street. Very silent in the night.

Une Nuit de Noël....

J'ai donc réservé une chambre économique dans Intramuros.
J'ai été bien accueilli. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée ne possédait pas de
fenêtre, mais était grande et bien propre (comme la salle de bain d'ailleurs).
Pour une nuit, cela m'a suffit. L'hôtel semble posséder beaucoup d'autres chambres
plus confortables (je suis sensible à la présence de vraie fenêtre, au moins une)

Emplacement : Pour ma part certainement le quartier le plus agréable à vivre de Manille
Accueil difficile, personnel de réception pas à la hauteur
Chambre humide et sentant le renfermé
Carte restaurant inexistante, cadre désuet
Heureusement le personnel s'est rattrapé sur la fin

Publié le 30 mars 2016 sur HotelsHeadache for : 1- Very noisy aircon. 2- Staff asked us to wait while they were calling a taxi, we waited for half an hour and only when asking them how long it will take that they told us it will be difficult to get a taxi. We had to take a tuk tuk to get out of intramuros to be able to catch a taxi for the airport. We lost time because of incompentency of the staff not being able to advise correctly. 3- not really an issue but we saw some small cockroaches on the floor when entering the room. 4- Their credit card machine not working.

Séjour agréable au White Knight Hotel.
Situé dans une ancienne bâtisse aux dimensions colossales, l'hotel possède un joli petit patio intérieur. L'idéal pour en profiter est de diner sur place accompagné d'un petit groupe de musique qui permet de procurer une ambiance chaleureuse et détendante.
