Beautiful Andalusian style apartment directly above the pool area, with fantastic views of the sea and golf course. Direct access to peaceful and enclosed (child friendly) communal gardens with 2 large swimming pools (a further 7 communal pools in the complex) plus sunbeds and umbrellas. A huge private balcony with Barbeque and dining area (not over looked by neighbours due to elevated design) south facing with private sun loungers on balcony also. The complex is also very secure with 24hr security guard at the entrance and locked gate access to each block.

Puerto de la Duquesa is a beautiful cosmopolitan marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches. Situated between Gibraltar (approx. 30 mins) and Marbella (approx. 20 mins) with Malaga only 45 minutes away all travelable by car. Puerto de la Duquesa has a large number of bars and wonderful restaurants with a wide choice of international cuisine. Bordering Duquesa is the larger resort of Sabinilla's, which has a very Spanish feel. Here you can find a large number of beach bars and tapas restaurants situated along the picturesque promenade. Beautiful beaches are also a 10 minute walk downhill with further views that run as far as the eye can see. Duquesa is also known for its Golfing with many award winning courses within walking distance or just a short drive away, the Duquesa Golf complex being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away.

The views from the balcony are stunning. The ocean is right there to contemplate and, not too far. Just a few steps down, you have a beautifull swimming pool aera with lounge chairs and palapas. The balcony itself is worth the rental, dining aera, sitting aera and lounge chairs, plus A BBQ. Everything you need to enjoy a beautiful dinner outside. The inside is confortable with all amenities. Nothing is missing. We just loved the location being close to gilbraltar, Casares, Ronda and all other magnificient villages along the coast right up to Malaga. Supermarkets are close by. You want restaurants, jsut in la Duquesa port, five minutes away, probably more than 15 of them. All good and within a marina surrounding witch is lovely. I will stop here as we just had a fantastic time in Manilva. But to finish, Mandi the host, as been always there for us, prompt response and willing to help and make our stay pleasant. Thank you Mandi. You have been so nice.

Good communication with host. It is a good 20 to 25 minute walk to Duquesa port which is all down hiil. Cab back cost between 6 and 8 euros. Port has loads of bars and restaurants. The balcony to the apartment is really spacious and there is fantastic views. The pools and gardens were clean and tidy. We often had the pool to ourselves.

Just had a lovely holiday at this apartment, the listing is very accurate, it had absolutely everything we needed as a family of 4 plus a fantastic balcony, spent a lot of time out on it, the walk down to the Marina & beaches was not as long as we thought, 15 mins down the hill & 20 mins back up it, views from the apartment straight over the golf course to La Duquesa with the med as the backdrop, Mandi was extremely helpful with all our questions & responded very quickly, we would absolutely recommend this apartment no doubt. Very relaxing patio with stunning views

My family and I had the best stay. We loved the apartment. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and 2 teenagers. And the best was the great, huge and perfectly equipped patio with fantastic and very relaxing views. We started every day with a nice breakfast on the Terrasse, enjoyed the views during the day and often also ended the day outside, mid April.Mandi is the best hostess ever. She was there for us many times before our stay to answer our questions and give us great tips about restaurants and things to do and also checked with us during our stay if everything was ok. We felt very welcome and would definitely come again! Thanks, Mandi!

Fin bolig med god udsigt, men langt at gÄ til havnen. God kommunikation med ejer. KÞkken grej meget brugt og slidt (gryder og pander). Ikke meget service, hvis der skulle vÊre bestik, tallerkner til 6 personer i lejligheden, som vi ikke syntes var muligt, der er kun plads til 4 voksne. Varmen kunne ikke fordeles i rummene, sÄ lidt koldt i stuen og varmt pÄ vÊrelser.

Mañana from heaven..

Happened across this holiday rental when looking for a place in La Duquesa,an area in south western Spain,that we favour and cherish. The sell points for us was that it had it's own stairs access to the pools and a huge balcony area. So it was booked. Upon our The keys were posted to us so no fussy check in. Even a return sae was supplied. On our arrival,we opened the door to find a wonderful,clean large apartment that met our criteria and then exceeded our expectations! Just fantastic. The apartment,location,views,complex....every box ticked indeed. I cannot recommend this property enough and will forever express the desire to return.

Lovely apartment, balcony wonderful. Everything you would need for a week’s holiday. So much already there that you don’t have to buy. Mandi’s suggestions on where to eat were followed up and excellent and she was very quick to respond to our requests for more information. We haven’t been to Estapona before but will definitely go again. It is a lovely area. Will hopefully book again.

The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. The unit itself is very secure, consisting of an outer locked gate and then the front door (which consists of a tri bolt lock). Any and all queries to the owner were answered promptly. Ample street parking is available.

The most amazing terrace and views

The terrace is just wow. It gets the sun most of the day, the views are stunning, there’s shade when you need a break and the furniture is so comfortable and relaxing, plus right on the pool but sufficiently private. We hardly wanted to go out! Walking distance to the beach and port (20-25 mins), yes it’s back up at hill so you need to be relatively fit but otherwise it’s a short taxi ride. If you want views and peace you usually need to be on the hill and it’s so worth it. The living area is great too, feels like a loved home rather than a rental. The only little bit I struggled with was the bed, a bit hard for us but I’d still return!

A great stay at Coto Real

We had a wonderful time staying at Mandi’s lovely apartment on the Coto Real complex. A quality, roomy and well equipped apartment with a nice homely feel
but, as great as the apartment is, the balcony is the star! A really spacious balcony with seating, dining and sunbathing areas with plenty of shaded area too. The private steps taking you directly from the balcony to one of the communal pools was a particularly nice touch. The pool area and grounds were well presented and never particularly busy. Always more than enough sun-beds too. The complex is a 15/20 minute uphill walk from the port of Duquesa but this is what makes it such a great location. Great views from the balcony, no road noise and it’s quite a nice stroll down to Duquesa or the beach at Sabinillas. If you don’t fancy the walk home, taxis are cheap and available. Mandi’s communication was brilliant before and during our trip I strongly recommend this area, this apartment and Mandi as a host.

Amazing balcony space with great views

Ideally located for a quite and relaxing stay. The apartment boasts the use of two fantastic pools with plenty of sun-bed space. Property is very well equipped for those wishing to self cater with plenty of clean, bed linen and towels, even throws for those chillier evenings sat on the balcony. We have stayed in various apartments within Coto Real and would highly recommend Mandl’s for a great stay.

SkĂžn udsigt fra en dejlig stor terasse

SkÞn stor lejlighed med store vÊrelser. Fantastisk udsigt fra den meget dejlige store terrasse. Vil dog ikke anbefale denne til 6 voksne personer da sove sofaen i stuen kun var egnet til mindre bÞrn. Ej heller kÞkkenet var helt beregnet til 6 personer. Mange praktiske ting manglede, og meget var i ringe stand. Dejlig vÊrt, meget hjÊlpsom med div. SpÞrgsmÄl og praktiske ting. Vil dog anbefale en bil da det ligger stejlt oppe, Ca. 1/2 times gÄtur til strand, havn og indkÞbs muligheder. Men ellers et dejligt fredeligt boligomrÄde.
