This gem of an apartment is located between the popular marina, Puerto de la Duquesa, and the picturesque little fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. From the apartment you have 15 meters to the pool area and about 50 meters down to the sea and the beautiful beach. No problem here, to go down in the morning and take a morning bath!

There is a lot to see and experience in the area. Just a few hundred meters from the apartment, Puerto de la Duquesa is considered one of Costa del Sol's best marinas. In the marina you can book boat and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars. If you go from the apartment, you will find Castillo de la Duquesa, once a Roman fishing village with some good restaurants.

A bit beyond La Puerto de la Duquesa lies the charming Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas, where you will find everything you may need; supermarkets, shops, banks and pharmacies. The nice promenade lined with bars and restaurants. In Sabinillas you can also visit a traditional market every sunday morning and every Friday you have a smaller market at the seafront and more.
