This three bedroom duplex penthouse apartment is situated in the quiet complex of Aldea Hills in Manilva, a few kilometres past Duquesa marina in a beautiful, unspoilt part of the coast. The complex offers manicured gardens and a lovely pool area with stunning views across to the Mediterranean Sea. The complex is only 300m from the beach which can be accessed through the untouched underpass of the main road or over a footbridge. Aldea Hills is a secure and gated complex and the apartment offers a space in the underground parking. There is also vented aircon in the lounge and bedrooms and free WIFI. All bedroom are fitted with shutters.



This penthouse apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over two levels. The lounge/diner is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with extending seats, a lounge chair, a 55" smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The lounge has access to a covered terrace, overlooking the communal pool, with sea views. The terrace is furnished with a dining seating area and a lounge seating area. The separate kitchen is well equipped and the utility room leading from the kitchen is fitted with a washing machine.



The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and benefits from built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath with shower attachment and a bidet. The bedroom has direct access on to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed and has built in wardrobes. This bedroom also enjoys access to the terrace. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds and has views to the countryside and hills. Both the guest bedrooms share access to the guest bathroom fitted with a bath with shower attachment.



The stairs lead to the upper floor to the roof terrace which is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs and offers stunning sea views.
