Very quiet location with a view of the sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and a nature reserve.
The 21 square metre terrace is south-facing and has awnings. There is a living room and a high dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy the beautiful view.
There is air conditioning and a lift.
Plenty of parking in front of the complex and 1 private underground parking space.
There is a large communal swimming pool with a beautiful garden and a padel court.
The sandy beach, with some welcoming bars, is a 20-minute walk away.
There are numerous golf courses nearby.
The apartment is 1 hour by car from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar,
15 minutes from Estepona and 5 minutes from Sotogrande.
