Cedar & Mist sits elevated above the valley with panoramic views across rolling farmland to Mt Buller and Mt Stirling. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom sanctuary sleeps six in genuine comfort — designed for couples and groups seeking privacy, space and something genuinely special.



Thirty of the property’s 43 acres are permanently protected under a Trust for Nature conservation covenant — preserving rare and endangered flora and fauna in perpetuity. This is land that will never be developed. Guests have exclusive access to all 43 acres —including 30 acres of protected conservation wilderness where rare and endangered flora and fauna thrive undisturbed. The native bushland within the conservation zone offers genuine forest bathing — an immersive, restorative walk among ancient trees that few High Country properties can offer. Walk the land, sit with the stillness, watch the wildlife on your own private nature reserve.

Keep an eye on the thermals above the valley — wedge-tailed eagles are regular visitors, riding the High Country air above the property.



The living room is the heart of the sanctuary. Three large picture windows frame the Delatite Valley and the snow-capped peaks beyond like a living artwork.
