There are 3 things I want to mention. 1. Our room (309) had the strangest layout that I have ever seen for a hotel room. 2. One of the 2 elevators was out of order on a busy weekend. This makes moving around much more of a problem. 3. The jets in the spa tub were out of order. Some reviews suggest they have been out of order for a while. With the jets not working, you really don’t have a spa tub.

The pool was closed for 90% of our 6 day stay and our last night when it did open the hot tub didnt work and the guy was clueless on dealing with it. Not a huge deal but specifically booked for those amenities Other then that always a great stay with hampton!

Great Family One Night Stay

Very comfortable hotel. Great breakfast in morning. Was disappointed that pool and hot tub were not in service--it was the reason why family chose this particular hotel in Mansfield. Other than that disappointment, we were pleased with the room and courtesy of staff.
