Family fun

The property was perfect! Room for everyone. We spent a lot of time outside even though it rained almost constantly. The huge back porch overlooks the lake. The kids fished and swam from dock. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy a few days or longer if you can. There are stores nearby. Several boat launches. Thank you!

Over all it was a great experience with friends! Great location and a perfect place for a get away from everything! Had a couple of hiccups, but Ryan was there for every one of them and had everything fixed with in a hour! Highly recommend this get away on Toledo Bend!

Great place, host was great, cleaning staff not so much

The home was wonderful. Perfect location for us. The grill was very, very dirty. Fridge was dirty. Areas under furniture was very dirty. We would go back and enjoyed our time there.

We loved the property and it perfectly accommodated our group the major issue was the ac unit stopped working while we were there. The owner was aware and communicated that he would send someone out but that person never showed. There were times the unit temp was over 80 degrees and my pregnant god daughter was miserable

Wonderful house

Perfect getaway fishing house on the lake

House was clean, and newly updated. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. Washer and dryer. Beautiful porch and backyard with a private dock to fish off of for the kids. Our fishing guide was able to pick us up right at the house.

If you like to fish, it's absolutely perfect. It could have been cleaner on the outside like it was so thick with pollen and spider webs. Outside equipment was not ready for use but we made it work. Overall good spot for a quick get away...Thanks for accommodating us!!

Fish House Fun

Our little one calls this place the fish house and lives his best life here. This is our second booking with family and we enjoyed every minute of this beautiful property. Great fishing, swimming, s’mores, grilling, and relaxing on the porch)

Family Vacation

House had everything we needed for the stay. Besides some extra sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Also, needed a few more towels to bath with. Perfect place for those who love to fish. To dock our boat it was around the corner from us. Took seconds to get there. It had a nice outdoor area to sit and fire and BBQ pit. We should have bought some games to play outside for those who don’t really fish. As far as sleeping, there was room that fit our family of 14. 12 in beds and 2 people on the sofa pull out. Plenty enough room for a blow up mattress or two. Store is right down road for gas/food/fishing and tackle place. Wal mart is about 20 minutes away. Overall a great house and well kept! Beautiful view and a great place to fish off the dock. We caught 40 fish off of it! Thank you again Ryan! Everything was perfect!
