Tucked into a grove of trees on the quiet, north side of Manzanita, this lovely home will place you just four short blocks from the beach and the Pacific Ocean.

This three-bedroom home is a walker's delight, with the beach (four blocks) and downtown Manzanita's shops, bakeries, restaurants, and markets (one mile) all within strolling distance. To cap your daily excursions, you'll have a peaceful back deck where you can relax in the shade, dine alfresco, and breathe in the fresh ocean air at golden hour.

The interior is full of character, thanks to wood-paneled walls, plentiful windows, and a woodstove at the heart of the living area. One of the best features of the house is the variety of spaces in which to curl up and relax, including a main living room, a rear sunroom, and a family room in the second-floor landing with a 50-inch smart TV, a DVD player, and access to a balcony.

Prepare homemade dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to enjoy them at the dining room table, and linger afterwards to play a family board game. If you're hoping to fit in any remote work, the desk nook in the hallway and the table in the sunroom offer great spots to log onto the free WiFi. When it's time to turn in for the evening, you'll find two bedrooms on the main floor and a primary suite with its own bathroom upstairs. Driveway parking is available as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
