If you like pee stained mattresses and mattress protectors, hair in your bed, broken down dirty hot tubs, xxxxs pool towels, and a pretend game room...this is the hotel for you. Would've left but it was already too late for my kid. Wouldn't recommend booking here.

Friendly people following unfriendly rules?
Posted Dec. 23, 2023 on HotelsStaff was nice. Housekeeping staff were awesome. The room was fine. Most amenities were locked up though. Game room was locked. Exercise room was locked. Breakfast area was locked at 10am. Continental breakfast was okay. I think they were short on staff and locked things up to compensate. Understandable but still a bit off-putting.

Check in & check out were both easy and staff were very friendly. We checked in around 6:30pm and pool was closed, which wasn't a big deal to us as we weren't going to use it. Not sure if it was staff shortage or issue with pool - may be something to look into if you are planning on using it during your stay.
