Spacious 3BR Stay Shared Pool - Perfect for families.

This property borders the beautiful Gage Gardens. The master bedroom is downstairs with a private bathroom, whirlpool tub and a large walk in closet. This property has a beautiful living area open to a full kitchen, fully stocked, with granite countertops, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom, and a sitting area. Outside the back door you will find an outside sitting area with a propane grill. The front door opens up to a beautiful pool and hot tub, shared with the main house(The Grand Oasis). This property is within walking distance to the main strip where you will find plenty of small shops, the V-6 coffee shop, The Brick Vault(our town’s barbecue and brewery), art shops and The Historic Gage Hotel and Restaurant. Big Bend National Park is less than an hour away. The unique town and National Park offers activities for the whole family.

What a great home! Very spacious & comfortable! The owners have really gone out of their way to provide a ton of amenities to make the stay as much like home (and even better)! The Bedrooms are big and roomy. Bathrooms are as well. Kitchen and living area (where we mostly hung out) was very comfortable! The pool and hot tub are both huge. The grounds are spacious and allowed us to play around with the kids (small playground equipment included). We had never been to the area and for what we had planned (Big Bend, Ft. Davis, Marfa, etc...), the Marathon home was a perfect location. The town offers a few dining spots, a country store, and a few unique sights! Definitely would recommend this home to stay! Can't wait to come back!

Best property ever rented

I'll just say this has been the best property I've ever rented. I rented this property for myself and a few crew members while we were working on a film here in Marathon. Ryan was the kindest most helpful host I've ever known. While here for 2 months he was generous, informative, responsive and always doing what he could to make us feel comfortable in our home away from home. Wonderful property run and managed by wonderful humans.

Big Bend getaway

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, with large bedrooms, a large living room, a laundry room and tons of outdoor space. It was very quiet. It is close to the shops in Marathon. You can see the beautiful night sky from the patio. We had no issues with check in or check out. Highly recommend.

This was my first VRBO experience, it was very positive. I texted the owner on several occasions; I was impressed her response was always immediate. The property was as the photos depict. The home was well-appointed, clean, spacious, quiet, everything worked. Plenty of parking. Located near the main street in Marathon. Beautiful swimming pool/hot tub. I can't think of anything that disappointed.

Big Bend Family Trip

We had a large family group, and this property accommodated us perfectly. This is a very comfortable and clean location. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated the carports that protected us the morning it rained. Communication is very easy. I would stay here again. Big Bend Panther Junction station is 1 hour 10 minutes away.
