Parking under the condo is 40ft long and just shy of 8ft tall. All vehicles and trailers must fit in the assigned parking there are no guest/overnight parking in the complex. No rvs or motorhomes.Dockage available at first come first serve.Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site.***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer only.This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
