This is our third stay at this location and not out last. The house is nice and issues are addressed quickly. The property is amazing. Tiki hut is our favorite place when we are not on the water floating in the amazing bay. Incredible wild life. Horse shoe crabs, spotted rays, tarpon, and a family of manatees visitied!
We enjoyed spending Christmas at this property. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was extraordinary. We spent a lot of time talking and socializing with residents and renters alike. The only thing that would have been better would have been walk in access to the water so our dog could swim.
The welcome basket and note were a very nice touch!
Great property. It definitely felt secluded and like our own slice of paradise. The views and sunset were amazing. We watched a family of dolphins swim by, and the snorkeling right in that dock area was better than what we saw on paid excursion- stingray, parrotfish, grunts, needle fish, barracuda, eels, crab, lobster, on and on. I even saw a nurse shark hanging out by the neighbor's dock.
The house has most of everything you need in the kitchen and I would only have complaints if I were pressed to nitpick. Otherwise we couldn't have had a better time. I highly recommend this place. The downstairs unit would be good if you're coming with extended family or if you have teens that don't mind feeling like they're in their own apartment at night.
If we plan a trip back to the keys I would definitely come back to this house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Service issues
The air conditioning stopped working on Monday and when we contacted the Concierge who texted us prior to our arrival she stated that that wasn’t something she dealt called another number. When we didn’t hear back from them, we called back and they stated that one of the owners had gone there herself and addressed the issue. When we came back, the air-conditioning was working but went out again at approximately 9:30 PM. When we contacted the agency, we finally got the owner to call us back. She walked me through restarting it several times to no avail. The owner then stated that she couldn’t get anyone to come at this point. I asked her why and she stated that “it’s expensive to live in the keys and it’s a busy week and all the technicians are already on their last jobs.“ I told her that this problem started at 4 o’clock And that it would’ve been better if an HVAC technician was called at that time . She then stated that we could either “sleep on the porch or get a hotel room“ I said I thought you said it was a busy week-how am I going to get a hotel room at 10:30 at night. I said that it was 85 outside and the porch is made of concrete. At this point, she did contact HVAC guy and stated that he was coming at 11 o’clock. We waited up till 1130. He came the next morning cleared a blocked drain line. The property in general was fine. I think the pictures represent well the age and overall condition. There is no power at the dock-bring extensions if you need to charge.
Great place! The house was wonderful and the outside was perfect. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkeling. We loved all the fish including the nurse sharks and even saw a manatee. We also loved the iguanas on the property!! The house was very comfy and perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay excellent property
Few things I would recommend
Small fridge in downstairs apartment
Iron downstairs apartment
Blowdryer
Nice home set off road at end of very long driveway with lush landscape. Home was well stocked with supplies. I will suggest fying pans be replaced. They were terrible and everything including the eggs stuck to bottom. But that is normal when I rent houses, doesn't seem to be an item people.want to invest in a rental, but def should.... Dock was great for watching sunsets. Couch could be replaced, not very comfortable. But that was fine we spent most time on patio and screened in porch. Very cute little screened in porch by water. Has a mini fridge and ceiling fan in it and outlets for chargers. Spent most nights out there. Beds were fine, Master bedroom has private bath. 2nd bedroom upstairs does not have a private bath. The bathroom is in hallway. Great dining room table with 6 chairs. The floor level has a bedroom with private bath and 2 queen beds with a little kitchen table and a loveseat. It does not have access to upstairs living area. Kind of a little.motjer in law suite. Super cute but only.used for bathroom since it was closest to doc. Over all the house was nice and had a wonderful time.wirh my family making.memories. It is about 15 minutes from town, which we loved. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway
We stayed at Hidden Paradise for a week in March 2019. What a beautiful house and location!! There is a long driveway leading up to the house which gives it a lot of privacy. The house is completely updated. There is a large screened in porch. Nice furniture in the living room and bedrooms. Plenty of room for storage for clothes and nice closet space. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. The outside is awesome! There is a great screened in tiki hut with patio furniture, lights and a ceiling fan. There is a bait freezer in it as well. The updated dock is great for fishing and watching the perfect sunset every night! We saw plenty of fish and even saw a couple of stingrays! We enjoyed fishing, swimming and snorkeling right off the dock! It is so peaceful and quiet! Restaurants and grocery and Sombrero Beqch are about 10-15 min away but we were ok with that.
The agent is super responsive. She left a great welcome basket for our arrival with great household items such as dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, garbage bags, snacks, and even a bottle of wine! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking with basic spices in the cupboard and tons of cookware, dishes, etc.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!!

Needs attention
Upon arrival the house was not clean. One bathroom had not even been touched by service. There were very few supplies there of any sort, including toilet paper!

Found what we were expecting and so much more.
Our mornings and evenings on the second story screened porch with the gulf view was our favorite family (including dogs) time. Morning coffee making plans for a day out on the water in our boat. Dinners spent reviewing the day. The chickee hut was conveniently located for storing our gear overnight and grabbing a cold beer on our way up for dinner. The beds were all very comfortable; a big deal for people with back issues and active days. The dock provided wildlife viewing - sand sharks, snapper, horse shoe crabs and the biggest iguana we have ever seen. Our only problems were the condition of the refrigerator (probably replaced now) and the lack of bumpers on the dock. If your are taking a boat, bring along big fenders to protect your boat from the piers. The manager was wonderful. Easily accessible and provides a quick response to any problems. She quickly got the broken shower head replaced for us.

Great vacation property for the fisherman
Very clean house. Dock was wonderful with crystal clear water. Couldn't get my family off the dock. Great for fishing, kayaking and snorkeling. The little outbuilding was a real plus for keeping bait and getting out of the sun. Will definitely consider for future vacations.

Property was nice -- comfortable
The house was very nice. The grill needs to be updated and the waterfront needed to be cleaned up. The location was the biggest disappointment - it is a quiet residential area but not close to anything. The closest bar/restaurant (The Wreck) is 1.5 miles away and the beach is 7.
