Local ordinances allows a minimum of 7 days and 6 people maximum in the unit (Adults, children & infants count toward occupancy). This vacation rental will wow you with its coastal atmosphere, comfortable accomodations, and laid back location. Please note per condo & safety rules - grills must be pulled out 20ft from the building. They cannot be on balconies or under the carports (propane grills). There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is just shy of 8 feet high and is 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No RVS, campers or motorhomes.Need more than one unit? We also have Hip Nautic and Paradise Pointe too!Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. A public boat ramp is nearby, located near Vaca Cut for easy Gulf and ocean access.
