A full wall of glass sliders brings the beauty of the outdoors into the living room. The living room is outfitted with a 50' flat screen HDTV and Roku for streaming.

Three comfortable bedrooms: A king with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower, a queen with ensuite bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with two XL twins.

Hang out in the heated pool or on the patio, with chaise lounges, a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Relax in the hammock or kayak the clear waters – there are 2 single-person kayaks for your use.

The house is beautifully updated. The cook's kitchen opens to the living and dining room; the breakfast bar looks out to the canal.

The house is all on one level living -- good for all ages. We supply beach chairs, sand toys, pool floaties and some fishing gear. Walk to Sombrero Beach just around the corner – you don't have to pay for parking!

The house comes with starter items: one roll of toilet paper and one liquid hand soap per bathroom, a kitchen trash bag and a paper towel for the kitchen. It is expected that you will resupply whatever items you need during your stay.
