First Floor

The entry level is built with both fun and function in mind.
You’ll find a bunk room with three queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.
There’s also a large flex room with a washer and dryer for convenience and an indoor scuba and fishing equipment wash-down station, with doors leading directly outside for easy access to the dock and water.

Second Floor

Upstairs, the heart of the home opens up with soaring ceilings and a bright, open layout designed for gathering and entertaining.
The gourmet kitchen features a gas stove, double ovens, and two dishwashers — fully equipped for large family meals or dinner with friends.
The adjoining dining area seats up to 17 guests, while the spacious living room and bar area with wine fridge provide the perfect spots to unwind and connect.

This floor also includes:
• 5 King bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms and direct patio access
• 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds and private balcony access
• A hallway bathroom with a tub and double sinks
• Two additional washer/dryer sets for total convenience
