This beautiful 2-bedroom vacation apartment is located in the well-kept, beautiful complex of Las Mimosas de Cabopino. The complex offers lush, manicured gardens and a pool area with a large pool and separate children's pool. It is located just 400 meters from the beach and the port of Cabopino, where you can view the yachts while enjoying the restaurant and bar. The complex is just minutes away from the Cabopino golf course, which the complex overlooks.

The second floor apartment offers air conditioning (hot/cold), free wifi and a large south facing terrace overlooking the sea and pool area. Enter the lounge and there is a dining table and chairs and 2 sofas, a large flat screen TV with international channels, a Blueray DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The lounge leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs, as well as a separate utility room for the washing machine. There is also a separate filtered water faucet above the sink that recycles tap water into drinking water.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, and has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes and uses the guest bathroom.
