Situated just minutes away from the exclusive marina of Puerto Banus, home to world famous beach clubs and much more, the duplex apartment is whithin a private gated development with only 12 apartments making it perfect for peace and relaxation , the apartment is located in one of the most sought after areas in Marbella known as the lounge area of Puerto Banus renowned for its breathtaking views, peace and tranquility yet within walking distance to all the action.

As for golfers the area could not be more ideal, there are several magnificent courses within virtual putting distance, including Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and La Dama de Noche, which are floodlit for night time play.

Situated in a central location for a wide selection of clubs, bars and restaurants, you have everything you need on your doorstep.

The apartment is located just a few minutes walk away from Centro Plaza, where the famous street market is held each Saturday, moments away from the local bullring and a 5 minute drive to the luxurious Puerto Banus, home to a selection of designer shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment also benefits from private parking and garage inside a gated community.

Upon entering the apartment you will find the entrance hall with access to the living area, the kitchen and the stairs to the duplex sleeping area. There is a separate visitors cloakroom and the large fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances.

The lounge offers a fabulous view of Mount Conche and surrounding countryside.

There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, there are also an additional two sofabeds that can be put up when required.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is also a communal second bathroom.

The master bedroom also benefits from a large sun terrace with spectacular panoramic views.

The communal swimming pool is set in a well-kept garden area and offers peace and quiet with plenty of sunshine. There are 5 sun loungers for exclusive use for this apartment but more can be provided if required.

Nearby to the apartments you will find an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets such as Supercor and Mercadona.

For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit the traditional Old Town, which is located in the city centre. This quaint town is full of history and charm and a visit here should not be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square.

The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance away.

The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Seville and Cadiz.

This very comfortable and spacious holiday home is in the perfect position to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain, or just to take advantage of the tropical climate and relax by the pool.

The apartment all as is presented, really big and the size of a house with great views! Swimming pool is salt water and really cooling and relaxing. We did not have car on this trip but got taxis around and just 5 minutes or so into Puerto BanĂșs which is a great place to visit has everything for all ages (although as always busy and buzzing in town had to wait a while for taxis) Overall a great holiday apartment and thanks to the owner Sam who has all Well organised and quickly responded to any query.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Nueva Andalusia

We stayed here for about a week and had the best time with our 3 girls. The apartment is well situated and central to getting to Puerto Banus and further afield. This duplex apartment is fully equipped with all amenities. The view from the lounge and terraces are stunning and watching the sunrise from this terrace is highly recommended.Sam the host was extremely helpful and our experience from check in to check out was effortless. Highly recommend this rental property and it’s a plus for families. The swimming pool and gardens are immaculate.

Fantastic holiday

Thanks for a great stay in your duplex. The property is exactly as described. We spent a really enjoyable 2 weeks staying here with our 3 boys. The view looking out over the pool at both the mountains and the sea from the master bedroom terrace was fantastic. One little suggestion which would make it even more perfect is of there was a sun shade on the terrace as you can't use it in the heat of the day. One other suggestion is a table and seating area outside the front door. This area is lovely and cool at any time of the day as it's covered, we took the small table and 2 chairs from the terrace outside and it was perfect in the evenings drinking a cocktail or 2 chatting and playing a game of cards. As a family we would definitely recommend the property and hope to stay there again sometime in the future .

A Nice Peaceful Getaway

The property has the most stunning views. Very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was at hand and if we were unsure the owner or agent was only a message away & both were extremely helpful . The pool is only shared with 11 other apartments and the most at the pool when we were there was 9 including the 3 of us. Thanks Sam and Simon, a stay to remember and would definitely return.

2018 Summer Vacation

The place is kept extremely clean and the air conditioning was well used at night. The views from the balcony are stunning, we used to wake up for the sunrise every morning. The apartment had everything we needed. It was also a bonus having a fast WiFi connection keeping 4 iPhones, and 2 laptops running smoothly. We really couldn’t been happier staying here and really want to thank the owner Sam for a hassle free holiday.

Fantastic position, with fantastic views and a fantastic service

What can I say... the views alone are stunning. The salt water pool was a fantastic surprise and kept our child happy for hours. The apartment had everything we needed. It was also a bonus having a fast WiFi connection keeping 4 iPhones, iPad and my laptop running smoothly. We also bought our Apple TV with us and it ran without a glitch. Rooms are kept extremely clean and the air conditioning was well used at night. We really couldn’t of been more happier staying here and really want to thank the owner Sam for an easy hassle free holiday. A big big thank you to Lisa who was there to welcome us on arrival. You were so helpful with any queries and really appreciate you making us feel at home. We will hopefully get back again soon...

Would recommend staying . Best to book a car though as a lot of uphill walking

Myself my boyfriend and my parents stayed here for 8 nights the apartment was very spacious and clean . Everything we needed was there wifi , television with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen . The property is half an hour walk to Puerto banus , it takes a few days to get a hang of finding were everything is . I would highly recommend renting a car for this property we had one and wouldn't have survived otherwise unless we were getting taxis everywere . The pool area was clean. Only thing I could fault in the property was the beds and bed clothes which were both quite uncomfortable . Also it stated when we checked in we would have to pay €30 euro to collect the keys as we were arriving at midnight that was fine but when we got there we were charged €50 check out time was 10 am and we requested a later check out by an hour or two which we were refused these were are only problems would recommend staying here as it's very clean and convient .

Spacious apartment with great views

Large apartment on two levels with ample space for our family of four. Property was clean and offered good facilities and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Property was positioned on the top of a hill and we had to climb a couple of flights of stairs so wouldn't recommend for elderly or disabled. Balcony wasn't huge but there was easy access to the gardens and the pool was lovely. There were also sun loungers provided. Would definitely recommend this to friends a family - perfect for a large group and close enough to offer some tranquility but still within easy reach of the main Puerto Buenus area.
