Not good customer service or facilities.

Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected. There was a broken a/c unit outside on the balcony which made a horrendous racket all night. Not enough bedding provided to be warm as this was a winter stop.

Jättebra pris. Hotellet borde bara ha en pumptvål på alla toaletter istället för att man får en liten handtvål på rummet. Annars är detta ett jättebra hotell för pengarna.

Muy malo el sitio. No recomiendo.

Problemas para el cheking y esperando en la puerta con lluvia y frío. Me dicen que haber llegado antes cuando salía a las 22 del trabajo. El baño asqueroso. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y viejo lo tuve que apagar.

Huid de este sitio. Horror!

Me dieron una habitacion horrible, sin ventilación. Me cambiaron a otra habitacion. No había luz. El código de la habitacion no funcionaba... En ningun momento se disculparon no me ofrecieron un descuento. UNA BIRRIA DE HOSTAL!!!
