The front door opens in to a grand entrance with high ceiling and views through the living room to the garden. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance hall.

The fully fitted kitchen is open plan into the lounge. There is a dining area and 2 relaxed sitting areas with a large flat screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge open up to the terrace and large garden and pool.

A patio door from the kitchen opens up to the side terrace with the outdoor kitchen with full cooking facilities and also a washing machine and dryer. There is a dining table and chairs for al fresco eating.

The outdoor area creates the perfect holiday setting with a large private pool, covered cabana, bar, lush garden and barbecue. There is also relaxed seating on the terrace and a TV plus another dining table and chairs. The outdoor pool can be heated on request for an additional charge of 600€.

The villa boasts its own indoor pool and spa with gym facilities, a jacuzzi and sauna. This is located on the lower ground floor in the villa. Again the indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge of 600€.

There are two stunningly appointed lower level guestrooms on the lower level of the Villa with ease of access to the Spa/Gym and indoor pool.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout the property plus an office for some private work.

Upstairs boasts one Twin Room with two single beds and two double bedrooms, (one with ensuite) plus the Master Bedroom with Terrace area. A large family bathroom is also presented on this floor. All rooms are individually decorated with comfort and class in mind. Air conditioning is also available throughout the house as well as additional ceiling fans in some of the bedrooms.

On the top floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and it's own lounge area.

This is a great villa for a family / group holiday with lots of space inside and outside to share.

The location is amazing with a short walk to San Pedro beach and paseo. It is approximately a 20 minute walk along the paseo to Puerto Banus.
