The villa offers up to 5 en-suite bedrooms on a single floor, all with full bathrooms, air conditioning, and 42-inch LCD TVs. Four feature king-size beds, and one has twin beds. Over 400 sqm of living space allows for very spacious rooms, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Since everything is on the first floor, most areas of the villa offer direct access to the beautiful private garden, featuring mature palm trees, pine trees, giant yuccas, and other plant species. A large private pool, finished in white and filtered with a skin-friendly salt system, offers the perfect spot to relax on the provided sunbeds.

A spacious, contemporary lounge opens onto the stunning terrace; both areas are fully equipped for up to 10 guests to enjoy Marbella’s mild evenings. The dining and cooking area is superb, featuring everything you’d expect for a luxury stay. The stunning kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a cozy patio that adds light, air, and comfort to the cooking experience. The terrace features separate dining, living, and relaxation areas, as well as a full-size gas grill.

Prime location: a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 10-minute walk to restaurants and amenities at Cabopino Harbour, and a 10-minute drive to downtown Marbella and some of the Costa del Sol’s most iconic golf courses. Easy access to the area’s key attractions is made possible by the villa’s proximity to the A7, the main highway that runs along the coast.

The villa offers complete privacy for your vacation and is accessed through a gate that opens onto a space in front of the house where 2–3 cars can easily be parked. A side door on the south side of the property provides a convenient route for a short walk to the beach.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and every bedroom is equipped with a 42-inch Smart TV so you can stream your favourite online content from your phone or tablet. The living room opens onto the terrace, patio, and kitchen, and is equipped with an 85-inch Smart TV for your family movie nights or background music.

Top-quality bed linens, towels, and pool towels are changed weekly, and a 4-hour weekly cleaning service is included for rentals of at least two weeks.

The villa is well maintained by English- and Spanish-speaking staff, and you will have our phone number on hand for a quick response should anything not meet your expectations.
Pets are not allowed, and the property is non-smoking; however, you may smoke outdoors in the garden or pool area.

This is a very safe area, but for your peace of mind, the villa is also equipped with an alarm system that you may use during your stay.
