A beautiful apartment in a city center of Marbella very close to the central beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. All the services are within 1-2 min walk (restaurants, supermarkets, minimarkets, kiosks, internet cafe, beach, bars, pharmacy, washing company, shops, FOREX language school, Spanish Language center, bus stops, taxi stop, parks). Casco Antigua (old town) is 15 min away. You can visit Plaza de Naranjos, watch sculptures of Dali, walk on Paseo Maritimo along the beach, watch bullfight, go to concerts and numerous activities. There are many tourist offices where you can book a daily trip to Gibraltar, Morocco, Caves Nerjes, Fuenjirola zoo, Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, etc. Ideal place for vacation for a family of 3 people and a small baby. The apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, one bathroom and a large terrace. There is a swimming pool and elevator. The apartment is on the second floor. Home amenities include TV, air conditioning, new furniture, double bed, single bed, a baby cot, a fridge, microwave, toaster,coffee-maker,electric kettle, a cooker, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking pan, frying pan, iron, iron board, washing machine. There is access to Wifi Internet. There is a public parking space and a spa/fitness center 1 min away from the apartment.
The apartment has a perfect location. Also, It is very cozy and has all neccesary to feel comfortable. Tania is so kind and answered so fast all my queries. I really recommend this apartment.
La descripciĂłn del apartamento no es todo lo correcta que deberĂa. Algunos puntos importantes a aclarar:
- En realidad se trata de un dĂșplex (apartamento de dos plantas), con unas escaleras MUY empinadas. Resulta bastante complicado de gestionar con un niño pequeño.
- La cocina y el salĂłn estĂĄn en el piso inferior, pero la terraza estĂĄ en el superior. Si quieres comer en la terraza, tienes que subir y bajar las cosas por la escalera (repito, MUY vertical).
- Aunque el edificio tiene unas 8 plazas de aparcamiento, pertenecen a otros vecinos. El coche hay que aparcarlo en la calle (algunas son de pago y otras no) o en algĂșn estacionamiento de pago (los cercanos son caros, el de "Los Cipreses" es mĂĄs econĂłmico).
Aparte de estos asuntos, el resto piso estĂĄ bastante bien. Tiene muchos restaurantes y comercios alrededor y se puede ir andando a la playa de forma cĂłmoda.
