Penthouse − Marbella Centre, Pool + Close to Beach

This wonderfully located 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is in one of the few buildings in the centre of Marbella to have a swimming pool! With the Paseo Maritimo and the ocean a mere 300 meters away, this property is ideal for couples and families looking to have a relaxing holiday within walking distance of stunning beaches, and all the glamour Marbella has to offer with its luxury boutiques and high-quality restaurants, nightclubs, bars and cafes. The newly refurbished apartment is a corner penthouse with south, south east orientation so it's very bright and illuminous throughout the day. The property consists of three bedrooms. The master is complete with an ensuite. There is a further double bedroom, whilst the third bedroom has a single bed, with a pull out mattress underneath which is adequate for a child to sleep on. On the ground floor there is a large 250m2 pool, surrounded by grass and trees, so it's possible to lie out in the sun or shade throughout the day. Please note that the pool is seasonal, and we have currently been advised by the community that it will be available mid June through to mid September. The sea and beachside promenade known as the Paseo Marítimo is lined with palm trees, chiringuitos and restaurants such as Da Bruno, Santiago and The Harbour to name a few - and it is less than 300m from the property! Even closer than that you have restaurants where the locals eat like Back, Lekune, and Vermu. The apartment is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the Marbella old town, and its traditional white washed buildings. The Port and its vibrant night life is also a short stroll away! The Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas in Marbella, lies to the East along the Mediterranean coast. It stretches for slightly over a mile (2km) from Marbella to Puerto Banus. Along the Golden Mile you will find restaurants, trendy bars, golf courses and luxurious hotels. They don’t call it the Costa Del Golf for nothing! With over 60 golf courses stretching from Malaga to Sotogrande there’s no shortage of championship courses within range. La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha, Los Arqueros and Magna are all within a 10-15 minute drive. This area enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ºC in summer.
