Stunning 1 bedroom renovated apartment, centrally located in one of the best areas in Marbella. With shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pool clubs, and the world famous Puerto Banús all within short walking distance, guests will easily be able to explore all that Marbella has to offer.
The property has been fully redecorated, providing guests with a stylish, comfortable and fabulous property to call their holiday home. Centralised A/C (hot and cold), fast unlimited fibre optic WIFI, and bedding/towels all included.
Through the front door, guests will find the open plan kitchen on the right, the living room and terrace in front, and the guest bathroom and doorway to the master bedroom on the left. The kitchen has everything needed for those guests wanting to cook and entertain from home, equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property.
Opposite the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 4, and past this, the living room. Like the whole apartment, the living room is beautifully furnished, featuring a sofa (sofa bed – sleeping 2), armchair, and a SMART TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) hanging on the wall.
The apartment’s spacious terrace provides guests with an alfresco dining area and a chillout seating area. It really is a fantastic space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal.
The master bedroom provides a large double bed, armchair, and access to an ensuite bathroom fitted with rainfall shower.
The community is fully gated and provides a communal swimming pool (shallow and deep end), sun loungers, and shower by the pool
