Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment inside beachfront ‘Las Arenas’ community, located on one of the best beaches in Marbella (5 minutes drive from town centre). The urbanisation has 24 hour concierge, 2 large salt water swimming pools, direct access onto the beach, and underground parking. The property offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, private garden, and terrace. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, ensuring guests a memorable stay!



The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, and provides access to an enclosed and private garden area at the rear of the property. Here guests will find chillout seating, perfect for enjoying a drink at the end of the day. The two bedrooms share access to the bathroom, which has a double sink and shower. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning unit (hot and cold). The apartment also has fast and stable fibre optic WIFI (100mbps), great for those guests that need to work remotely during their stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will have all they need should they wish to cook and entertain from their holiday home. The kitchen looks through to the living room, where there is a dining area with seating for 6, and an L-shaped sofa (sofa bed sleeping 1 adult) facing a large smart TV. The room gets plenty of natural light through the windows that provide access out onto the terrace. Here there is an alfresco dining area with seating for 4.



From the terrace guests step into the grounds of the Las Arenas community, where there are 2 large salt water pools and mature gardens that line the pathway down to the beach. The beaches in front of the community are some of the best in the area, very clean and sandy.



There are several beach restaurants, an ALDI supermarket, and a tennis and padel club all located within a short walk from the property.
