Other Things to Note:
Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of âŹ25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of âŹ699,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Exterior facilities can be closed during winter months due to weather influences.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
10. We would like to inform you, that annual maintenance work will be carried out at the end of the rainy season during spring 2023, we will inform you of any maintenance and painting incidents on the terrace during your stay.
11. When making use of the sun beds, it is mandatory to use a towel.
12. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.
13. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.
14. Please note that the heated swimming pool facility will remain closed until further notice.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de AndalucĂa also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.

Unfortunately for us with the first 24 hours of checking in a huge ceiling tile in the bathroom that was nearly 1m x1m fell out just inches away from my 9 year old niece who had just got out of the shower. It cracked as it hit the floor, it was a near miss in terms of a hospital visit. We took pictures to show the other tiles look very precarious and loose. While the communication was quick the response was not. They didn't actually visit the property for another 3 days and then did nothing when they visit and said, it's probably best you just don't use that bathroom. They also told us - it's only made of plasterboard, so it probably wouldn't have hurt her too bad! We went down to 1 toilet and shower for a family of 4 for a week and the only compensation they offered was a 10% refund, which they then "forgot" to transfer repeatedly and we have never seen.
TRAVEL INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER YOU IF YOU BOOK THIS PLACE, SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND THE INSURER SEES YOU WERE ALREADY WARNED ABOUT THE LACK OF SAFETY.
When we left they insisted everything was fine, had new guests coming in and no intention of fixing anything.

Sinceramente, con todo lo que se oye, parecĂa que el anuncio fuera un fake, demasiado bonito para ser cierto. Pero cuando llegamos, la urbanizaciĂłn cumpliĂł con todas nuestras expectativas. Es una zona muy exclusiva y tranquila a una breve distancia del centro de marbella...
El trato con la propiedad fue exquisito en todo momento y aunque no de forma presencial te sientes acompañado en todo momento. Las instrucciones de check-in y -out fueron precisas y muy Ăștiles. Nuestra estancia hubiera sido perfecto con un poco menos de lluvia, pero eso no lo garantiza nadie.
