Cleanliness and sevice needs to be improved

The somewhat outdated appartment impresses with a great view of the see and the mountain landscape. Unfortunately, we ha to contend with an ant infestation during our 6 weeks stay. The parking space as booked was not available. Jose from the Rincon agency wanted to take care of it after we arrived and complained. Unfortunately, our reminder calls and voice messages were subsequently ignored.
