Der Vermieter sehr unfreundlich konnte kein deutsch. Die Frau des Vermieters konnte englisch diese machte mit uns den Check in und Out! Außerdem wurde ich mit e mail vom Vermieter überschüttet. Da wir nur gewagt haben auf der Terrasse zu essen! Nicht am pool! Wir fühlten uns beobachtet.

Schönes Haus. Mäsig guter Vermieter

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr schön und bietet mit den 11 Zimmern gute Rückzugstmöglichkeiten. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und für das Kochen für viele Personen geeignet. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Pool, Sauna und Tischtennisplatte sind gut. Der Whirlpool war während unseres Aufenthaltes defekt. Für das Haus wird von seiten der Vermieter eine "interessante" Hausordnung vorgeschrieben. Dort wird eine Nachtruhe von 22.00 Uhr gefordert. Auch ist das verschieben / Verrücken von Tischen ... nicht gestattet, das Hören von "lauter" Musik, Ballspielen und Einspringen in dem Pool. Auf die Einhaltung dieser Hausordnung wird auch geachtet. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermietern ist schwierig (gebrochenes Englisch). Während unseres Aufenthalts erschienen die Vermieter mehrmal unangekündigt im Ferienobjekt und beschwerten sich über verschiedene Punkte. Einmal sogar in angetrunken Zustand und laut schreiend. Eine sachliche Verständigung war hier schwer.
