100 000 sqm of completely private property - pool, garden, playground, meadows and woods. This 8 bedroom Villa is an absolute gem when it comes to privacy. The private surroundings, exclusively four your use, are wonderful.
Around the pool are sunbeds and sunscreens. Just a few steps above the pool, there is a large charcoal grill bulit from stone along with
a large table. The huge open space is completely fenced, quiet and serene. It is possible to pick fresh eggs, ride on a small donkey and feed domestic animals.

The Villa is perfect for families with children, the garden is safe for pets, and there is plenty of space for parking.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes from the house and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive away.

Absolutely loved this place

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for what we needed! The house was exactly as the pictures indicated. Rooms were nice and big. All had air conditioning which was really nice on the hot days. Pool was very nice, and they had plenty of things to keep the students entertained...pool, foosball, ping pong, and darts. Tanja was so sweet and continually checked in with us to make sure we were ok. She even brought us chicken when we were unable to find any in the local store. It was also nice being able to get the fresh eggs from the chicken coop every morning. And let me warn you, you will fall in love with the cats, especially Casper! We will definitely come back!

Idealny dla każdego

Willa jest usytuowana około 20 minut od lotniska w Pula. Jest idealna dla rodziny ale również dla grupy znajomych. Spędziliśmy tu tydzień i bardzo chętnie tam wrócę. Właścicielka jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Dostaliśmy nawet wino ich własnego wyrobu. Jest daleko od zabudowań i dróg więc można naprawdę dobrze wypocząć. Cała posiadłość bardzo dobrze utrzymana i czysta. Na posiadłości znajduje się kurnik z którego mogliśmy zbierać jajka na śniadanie :) Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, bardzo relaksująca przerwa. Dziękujemy gospodarzom za miłe przywitanie Godne polecenia 5*

A perfect getaway

In case you're looking for the just right combination of serenity and fun combined with comfort, this is the place to choose - either for the family or for a group of friends! Warm and helpful hosts made our stay even nicer than expected - Tanja let us pick fresh eggs for breakfast and found us a cab when needed, allthough it seemed impossible - Ivica brought us a bunch of local firewood for a perfect barbecue... they really do take care of their property and their guests. Beds are cosy, main living room and kitchen big enough for all; the place outside is huge, giving you plenty possibilities to play and party or just prepare a nice barbecue and relax by the pool. The combination of all these facts made our stay there priceless. We will come back for sure <3

Viel Platz für alle, saubere Räume und Bäder, Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker und diverse Spielgeräte für Kinder im angrenzenden Wäldchen verfügbar. Großer überdachter Gartenpavillon mit Gasgrillpfanne auf der wir wunderbar von früh bis spät essen zubereiten könnten! Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Eiswürfelmaschine und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Leitungswasser kann getrunken werden. Große Küche mit guter Ausstattung und Kühlschrank für Mitgebrachtes vorhanden. Der Pool war toll, wir haben den ganzen Tag in und um den Pool herum verbracht. Gegen Stechmücken- und Wespenstiche empfiehlt es sich etwas mitzubringen. In den klimatisierten Schlafzimmern gab es keine Mücken, da Fliegengitter an den Fenstern angebracht sind. Bei Fragen war Tanja als Ansprechpartnerin immer zur Stelle! Zwei Katzen halten sich, sehr zur Freude der Kinder, vor dem Ferienhaus auf. Ein Esel und Pferde sind auf angrenzenden Koppeln zu sehen. Ein zugänglicher Hühnerstall und die frischen Eier fanden wir top!Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und die Zufahrt mit einem großen Tor zu verschließen. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadtbesichtigungen und Strandbesuche ca 30-45 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Schöne Woche

Wir haben hier insgesamt zu 14 (8 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht.Das Haus war sauber, es hat alles gepasst - wir durften sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern haben.Die Vermieterin Tanja ist sehr nett und hat uns bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen können. Eines unserer Kinder hatte Geburtstag und sie besorgte uns sogar eine wunderschöne Torte - vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pure Erholung in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Haus mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern stundenlang genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zu Hause(ca. 6-12 Km entfernt)

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Woche in Istrien und die Unterkunft war super, Pool war sauber und jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung war sehr gut, man kann überdacht draußen sitzen und grillen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 9km und Tanja unsere Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Gegend ist schön und es gibt viel Natur zu erleben, man kann herrlich wandern. Uns hat es super gefallen 👍

Es war alles bestens: Sauberes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in abgelegener Lage. Das einzige, das vielleicht erwähnenswert ist, ist, dass die Verfügbarkeit von Mobilfunk und WLAN eingeschränkt ist.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in den Haus verbracht. Tanja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war für uns immer erreichbar. Ein technisches Problem am Pool wurde in Rekordzeit gelöst. Das Haus hat einen großen eingezäunten Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Bei den Hühnern im Garten könnten wir jeden Tag frische Eier holen. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Man kann hier einen wunderschönen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, mit vielen Extras

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und ordentlich. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC und fast überall Klimaanlagen. Auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen!!!

Tolles Haus für große Gruppen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Tanja‘s Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles für eine große Gruppe (mit Kindern) vorhanden. Schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend vielen Bädern, Klimaanlage (nur im älteren Hausteil gibt es in einem EG Zimmer keine und die oberen drei Zimmer teilen sich eine Klima), Babybetten, Hochstühlen, Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Darts, Tischkicker, einem großen, kühlen Wohnbereich im EG und einem Poolhaus mit großem Tisch, Grill, Plancha-Platte, Spüle und WC direkt am Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei den Hühnern kann man jeden Tag ein paar frische Eier holen und gleichzeitig seine Bio-Abfälle verfüttern. Ein Spaß für die Kinder. Auf dem Bauernhof nebenan gibt es zwei große Hunde, die auch mal in der Nacht bellen. Die Hähne werden bei Tagesanbruch ebenfalls aktiv. Das Haus liegt weit abgeschieden, man kann so laut sein wie man möchte, keiner stört sich an spielenden Kindern oder Musik. Lediglich die Anreise per Navi war zuerst eine Herausforderung, da die Wege nicht alle bekannt sind. Im nächstgelegenen Ort gibt es eine Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Wer mehr Auswahl beim (Groß)Einkauf braucht, sollte ins Kaufland in Pula fahren (ca. 25min entfernt). Tanja war immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Für unser Geburtstagskind gab es sogar eine selbstgemachte Torte von der Vermieterin. Auch Olivenöl konnten wir direkt von Tanja beziehen, toller Service. Insgesamt ein Daumen hoch für dieses Haus und die Besitzer, wir würden wiederkommen.

Klasse Haus für große Gruppen

Wir waren als Gruppe von 11 Freunden dort. Unsere laute Musik hat durch die Abgeschiedenheit niemanden gestört. Tanja war sehr nett und hat sich um alle unserer Anliegen gekümmert und unser Geburtstagskind hat einen leckeren Kuchen von ihr bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden

tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Grundstück

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene + 8 Kinder und 1 Hund in dieser Villa. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Pool ist schön groß. Wir haben das riesige Grundstück sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, daher war es mit einem Hund perfekt. Wir können es allen weiterempfehlen die Ruhe suchen und Platz brauchen. Vielen lieben Dank Tanja für die schöne Zeit.

Abgelegene Lage, schöne Anlage, viel Platz

Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Auch die Sanitäranlagen waren gut. Lediglich die Klimaanlagen haben großteils nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes und frohes Haus ohne Nachbarn, mit viel Garten und Spielplatz. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine landwirtschaftliche Halle. Dort sind auch Hunde und Katzen. Die Hunde hört man öfters Bellen und die Katzen kommen auch mal aufs Grundstück und gehen gerne ins Haus, hier muss man ein wenig aufpassen.
