The whole estate features 850 m2. The modern 4-star villa extends on 2 floors and has a surface of 150 m2.
Villa Modesta boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is a perfect accommodation for up to 6 guests. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your first meal of the day. You will find everything necessary for preparing your favorite dishes. You can also prepare your meal in the alfresco summer kitchen and serve it in the outdoor dining area for 6 guests.
A cozy living area with angled furniture arrangement and a flat TV has a large window where you can unwind just by observing the greenery nearby. The stairs take you to the upper floor with comfortable bedrooms. Two balconies of the bedrooms with outdoor sitting furniture offer relaxing park views. Here you can admire the serenity of the hinterland.
The central position of the property certainly goes to the outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2. The guests can use an outdoor shower and lay on the lounge chairs, soaking up the hot Istrian sun. This verdant area will relax all your senses and offer you the best vacation in Croatia!
Villa is completely air-conditioned and has 3 parking places for the guests.
Pula Riviera is famous for magnificent monuments from the Roman era. Besides the amphitheater Arena, we recommend visiting the untouched nature of the National Park Brijuni. The main attraction of the park is a safari with wild animals. You will love it!
If you try Istrian dishes you will find many fresh ingredients prepared with olive oil. The herbs they use are rosemary and sage, and garlic and tomatoes in sauces. One of the most popular dishes in Pula and the region is fuĆŸi, homemade pasta. Another delicacy you should try is Istrian prosciutto, treated with a mixture of different herbs.
