This modern 2-storey villa is located in the small and quiet village of Loborika, 6 km from the center of Pula.
On a large fenced plot of 1100 m2, you will be able to enjoy a small garden with lawn and herbs, in a pool of 95 m2, 140 cm deep, with internal stairs.
This beautiful villa accommodates 10 guests who will have the opportunity to enjoy massages (for an extra charge) and a hydromassage pool. The house is equipped so that you will be provided with everything you need for a carefree vacation.

The house consists of two floors (300 m2).
On the ground floor there is a large living room/dining room with air conditioning and access to the pool, an open kitchen, 1 bedroom with access to the pool and a wardrobe, with 1 franc. bed, shower/toilet, TV and air conditioning and 1 bedroom with 1 franc. bed, shower/toilet, TV and air conditioning, and one separate toilet
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, with 1 franc. bed with shower/toilet and TV, with air conditioning and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 franc. bed, shower/toilet , TV and air conditioning.
The villa is ideal for a vacation with family and friends.
