Located just 70 meters from the free and equipped white beach and 150 meters from a buoy field for mooring boats up to 12 metres. The apartment is equipped with heat pump air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking space. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed and a sofa bed; the beds are comfortable and the mattresses are in expanded latex, the kitchen is fully equipped; the apartment has adopted waste recycling and composting.
