Relax in a beautiful renovated modern 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with 1,071 sq. ft. overlooking the Gulf on the 6th floor.
This clean and spacious condo is a split bedroom layout with walking full size closets and private spacious bathrooms. Completely furnished and detailed for your stay. Including all your comforts from home.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a private bathroom including double vanity and walk in closets with plenty of drawers.
The second room has a Full Murphy bed plus bunk beds, walking spacious closet and a two door bathroom which makes it extremely convenient.
This is the perfect Home Away from Home layout.
Cleanliness is top priority for us.
Towels are never washed and replaced for our tenants. We donate all used kitchen and bathroom towels Andy replace them with new ones.
As a gift, we place two beautiful beach towels for you to enjoy and keep as a souvenir. If you leave them behind, we donate them.
We've included a Nespresso machine, froth machine and beautiful Tea Kettle with some coffee pods and teas to get you started.
Welcome toiletries, towels, linen, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc...included.
Washer and Dryer is set up outside the unit across the hallway. A prepaid laundry $100 card is included with your stay along with ALL Clear 60 pac detergent, Clorox bottle and Shout spray.
Walk outside and enjoy the pool or beach. We've included two beach chairs for you.
Wake up in the morning and witness the breathtaking sunrise view or witness the most amazing sunsets in the evening. Don't be surprised if you witness amazing dolphins close to the shoreline. Definitely a beautiful site.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this condo five stars. The unit has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes and thoughtful design, creating a space that feels both welcoming and effortlessly stylish. The coastal chic décor is beautifully done—fresh, clean, and perfectly suited to the setting.The location is outstanding, with sweeping south-facing Gulf views that feel especially expansive thanks to the open space next to Members Beach. You can enjoy these gorgeous views from the bedrooms, living area, and lanai—truly a highlight of the stay.The condo itself is immaculate, bright, and airy, with great natural light and overhead fans that keep everything comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need, and the bathrooms are modern and nicely finished. We also appreciated the generous storage throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms, which made settling in easy and convenient.Overall, this is a beautifully updated, well-maintained property in a prime location.

Perfect Month-long stay in Marco Island

This is a beautifully updated condo in a great location. Nice pool and beach access, close to restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony. The 2 bed/2 bath floorplan is very functional. We had family and friends join us for a few days and it was very comfortable for all. Marta was a great hostess - very responsive.

Will be back!

Recently renovated, like brand new unit! Has an "open" floor plan with great sunny-side views of Crescent Beach. Each bathroom is completely redone with roomy walk-in showers. The Gulfview Community is very pleasant and there is convenient access to the warm pool, the and the dedicated covered parking. The owner's were very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
