On-site, you and your guests will have access to a variety of deluxe resort amenities including a shared and heated, rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, and easy beach access. And for dining options, visit the Beachfront Bar and Grille for casual lunches, and be sure to check out Sale E Pepe, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, for fine Italian cuisine, amazing Gulf views, and a lively lounge scene for before or after dinner cocktails.

Things to Know
Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.
The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.
Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.
This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pictures were beautiful on the website but the reality was much different. No pool no hot tub and no laundry. No functioning elevator in parking garage due to construction. Construction just outside our balcony. Balcony door that wouldn’t lock. It was fixed on day 4 of our stay. Broken chair also fixed that day. Broken balcony window they were unable to fix. I talked , texted , and emailed multiple pictures to Vrbo and Vacasa. Communicated with a different person each time. Very frustrating.

All pictures for rental are three years old. Nothing about major construction unless you search for it. Noise level and construction was under or outside our balcony. Could not sit or use the balcony. Would not recommend property needs updating.

A totally unpleasant and disappointing experience!!! The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, vacation-like experience, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare
 I couldn't rest due to the massive construction work at the condominium
 The room VACASA assigned me was a room across from where construction was going on, and the worst noise was right in front of it. My ears were ringing and I had severe earache from the massive, loud construction work taking place at the condominium next to the pool
 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I spoke to the VACASA manager twice, and her attitude was completely closed and despotic
 Unpleasant, just like the construction itself. I don't know the manager's name. VACASA's service quality is terrible, the managers specifically. The room felt dusty. I explained to the manager that I am asthmatic and she didn't offer me any options to change. I believe the building is unfit for guests on the entire side facing the construction. If people are coming on vacation, this property is not suitable for vacations, and they shouldn't rent these rooms facing the construction. Furthermore, the building was almost empty... Because of this inconvenience, I contacted Expedia, Vrbo, the condominium, and VACASA several times, obviously without finding a solution. Everything was exhausting, annoying, and frustrating due to the noise. An unpleasant stay.

Okay.

The property itself is fine. It was clean. The elevator did not work most of our stay. There was a lot of construction going on at the property so nap time with little people was hard. For part of our stay the hot water wasn’t functioning due to construction on the floor. As well as, our door stopped working and we were locked out of our room. The location was great. Close to other resorts and restaurants.

Great Location but Tired Unit

The location of the unit was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool and parking garage. The unit itself is very worn. The walls have lots of scuff marks, peeling paint on the trim, and even some holes. The bathroom sink had peeling caulk, the shower had lots of areas of mold on the grout lines. While the bed was comfortable and clean, there was a lot of dust in the corners of every room, especially the bathroom, as well as dust on all the floor trim and light switches. The balcony is nice and does have a view of a bit of the ocean. The balcony is right over the back entrance of the building by the pool, so there is a lot of traffic there and thus some reduced privacy. Frequently the elevators would not work so we had to use the back service elevator. Overall we enjoyed the beach, however would not choose to stay in this unit again.

We experienced some issues with the property. Walked into room and went to the bathroom, door handle fell off French door to the bathroom. Used the toilet. Toilet would not work for approximately 24 hrs. This all happened within the first 5 minutes in the room. We had to go find bathrooms in public areas in middle of night. 2 nights later, the smoke detector batteries expired and we listened to “low battery” voice and beep every 10 minutes for half the night. Obviously couldn’t sleep. The toaster handle/knob was broken. The sliding door does not lock. We had to battle with the customer care reps to get paper towels, toilet paper, and a blanket. The big sticking point seemed to be the paper towels. We were told that is why extra toilet paper was left in the room? Really? We were told repeatedly when we asked hotel staff for supplies to call Vacasa. We were denied early check-in approximately 4 times and I had to stay with my rental vehicle for approximately 4 hours straight to avoid getting towed from other lots (were not allowed into the parking garage). One knob on the stove is different that the other three. It was difficult to tell if the burner was set to the correct temperature. We appreciate that the room was clean and air conditioner worked well until Saturday morning. It became very humid in the room. The register vents were clean but the furnace/ac filters were very dirty. Please make sure that I get a refund for a minimum of two nights stay.
