Our home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,000 square feet of bright indoor living space with high ceilings in every room. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 5-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 10-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with eastern exposure, enjoying sun for most of the day.

Some of the features included are the open spacious kitchen with 4 bar stools, double sinks granite top in master bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, hot tub (6 seating positions, 22 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock (new, rebuilt after Irma).

The house includes a pool table, board games, cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, two 55" TVs in family & living rooms and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are leather recliner sofa, queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner couch, and love chair allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.

You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

- There will be a simple, standard vacation rental agreement (including rental terms and rules) to e-sign after booking, summarizing the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.

- Check yourself in with the keypad access, which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 14 days before check-in.

- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.

- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.

- No security deposit is required; the property damage protection fee covers everything.

- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, six 13-gallon trash bags, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.

- No additional fee for bikes.

- No additional fee for the heated pool and spa; we ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay, with no need to worry about hidden costs.

- No smoking or party.

City ordinance (strictly enforced by the city’s police department):
- No excessive noise; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Keep noise to a minimum in the lanai or pool area.
- No parking of trailers at the house; however, 6 hours of temporary parking is allowed during the transition to trailer storage facilities.
- No cars blocking the sidewalk; no parking on the lawn swale.

We had a wonderful time at Norman’s beautiful beach house! The home was extremely clean and neat, including the quilts and chair covers washed! The pool and hot tub were cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. The view of the water is amazing. We walked a few short blocks to Residents beach using the provided beach cart, umbrella and beach towels. The house is spacious and great for entertaining if you have guests visit. Norman is a gracious and available host if any needs arrive. We wholeheartedly recommend Norman’s home if you want a wonderful vacation in Marco Island! We have already booked for next year

We had such a wonderful stay at Norman and Qi’s home in Marco Island! We were there for two weeks with our kids and their grandparents and loved every moment! We spent lots of time at the beach searching for shells and building sand castles, enjoyed riding the provided bikes all around the island, and spent so much time in the lanai for meals, pool & hot tub dips, and soaking in the views! Wonderful Home!

This was our first visit to Marco Island and hopefully not our last. We loved the Landmark Street home. Beautifully decorated with many extras including a well-stocked kitchen with spice rack, two living areas and everything for the beach (wagon, chairs, tent, shell buckets, towels). The house was clean and spacious for our group of four ladies. The beautiful beach was a short 8-minute walk. We enjoyed the lanai with pool and hot tub. Most days we could see dolphins swimming in the canal! The host was friendly, quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. Highly recommended!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home for our stay in Marco Island!

By far the best part of this property is the view!! You can swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub and watch fish jumping and see dolphins swimming. A good 3 blocks to the beach and plenty of space. Would stay again!

My boyfriend and I took his teenage daughters and my dog to Marco for the week of Spring Break. We stayed at this house and had an amazing time. The hosts were great and house was conveniently located .5 miles from the beach. This house is a must rent!

Great location with rental feel

The location is really great for beach access, as well as being on the water and a nice pool and hot tub. However this is very much a rental. The kitchen was the biggest detractor - dishwasher wouldn’t adjust settings, oven smelt awful when we used it to bake a meal, microwave had a large crack on the exterior and burnt out lettering to read the time. There also wasn’t a complete set of anything - everything mismatched - felt like a college kitchen. The house was awkwardly stocked - random kitchen utensils or cleaning supplies found in random places - nothing was locked up so it was hard to know what was for us to use or not. For example there was dry food in the kitchen cabinets and a matching cooking utensil set in the laundry room cabinet. What felt very cheap was the lack of typical products needed by any guest such as detergent, garbage bags (only a few provided), toilet paper, paper towel, etc. We wouldn’t stay there again as I feel like we could find higher quality at same price in similar location.

Perfect location!

The house is lovely and situated mere blocks from the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The house is arranged so that families are not on top of each other. The pool was warm and overlooked the canal and dock. We had a friendly dolphin visit the dock every few days. We rented a boat on day and tooled around the area which was beautiful. Beach towels, wagon and toys are all available as well as bicycles. Host responded immediately and even sent us restaurant listings!

Lovely stay

The hosts were very communicative from the moment we rented to our last day which was much appreciated. The property was very clean with a Lovely pool area and view. We had never visited the Island before and so took a chance on where to stay. This was excellent as walkable within minutes to the beach and various restaurants. There were bikes and beach chairs etc for use which was also appreciated. Highly recommend.

Great beach house!!!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. It is less than 1/4 mile to the beach access entrance. It was very clean, and all the amenities listed on the site were on point. The owner was very informative with all instructions and very accessible when we did contact him. His response time over a Keurig machine that unfortunately stopped working for us was less than 1 hour!!! Our family had a great time relaxing in the pool and in the hot tub, both during the day and night time. Quiet neighborhood were you can relax with a morning coffee in the outside patio overlooking the amazing water view! Very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Will not hesitate to rent here for our future Marco Island vacations!

211 Landmark is a terrific location

This rental house was overall outstanding. The location was a very convenient walk you to South Beach on Marco Island. The owner provided a great assortment of beach assessories, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, kid toys and both a cart and wagon to transport everything to the beach. This rental property is a great arrangement from the three bedrooms, excellent kitchen, comfortable living room furniture and a great pool, hot tub arrangement enclosed in a Lanai. We spent many wonderful evenings having dinner outside. The owner was great to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable

Our family of 6 adults and one baby enjoyed our stay in this home on the canal. Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but the accommodations made it comfortable for everyone including the baby. Very clean and well supplied are words to describe this property. The listing was inaccurate, but has been corrected. We would not hesitate to stay here again; the owners were easy to access and communication was efficient.

Wonderful house, fun for family or just us!

This house was a wonderful base for our Marco stay. We loved its serenity and stunning setting at the end of a canal and facing the broader canal in the distance. The morning light was gorgeous on the water. The beach is nearby as well. The house was well- stocked with all you needed to set up a stay. Great warm pool and hot-tub. Comfortable for us as a couple but also for a visit of our son and daughter-in— law and our three grandchildren who could not stay out of the pool. Dog was happy as well. Sofa bed provided extra sleeping space. What a great time we had! Landlord was also very responsive to our needs. And there isn’t a restaurant on Marco Island that isn’t terrific!!
