The living room is light and bright with a flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. Dining room has a table and three chairs located next to the kitchen with custom cabinets and full size appliances. The recently updated master bedroom features a king-size bedroom with a flat screen TV. The master bath and powder room feature updated features. Laundry room on each floor. This beachfront condo is in a prime location.

HOA application fee $150.00

Tradewinds has a private boardwalk to the beach. Amenities also includes heated pool, picnic Tiki hut with barbeque grill, a social room, library, and car wash area.

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
