Otel çok yeni açılmış olduğu için oldukça temiz ve bakımlı. Manzarası gerçekten etkileyici; Mardin şehrini ve ovayı en yukarıdan izleme şansı sunuyor. Ancak otelin bulunduğu bölgede ciddi bir merdiven durumu var. Otele ulaşmak için yaklaşık 95 basamak çıkılması gerekiyor, bu nedenle fiziksel olarak biraz hazırlıklı olmak önemli olabilir. Kahvaltısı standart seviyede. Personel ise son derece iyi niyetli, samimi ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Misafirlerin taleplerini karşılamak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, fiyat-performans açısından oldukça yeterli ve keyifli bir otel diyebilirim.

Ercan Bey'e ve özellikle eşi Fatma Hanım'a misavirperverlikleri ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ederim. İlk defa geldiğim Mardin'de muhteşem bir manzaraya karşı teraslı tertemiz bir odada konakladım. Odayı müsaitlik durumuna göre yükselterek bizi mutlu ettiler. Konumu çok merkezi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Konaklamamız genel olarak çok keyifliydi. Otel yeni olduğu için hem oda hem de banyo oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Konum açısından da gerçekten harika bir noktada yer alıyor. İlk kez gelecekler için küçük bir not: Otele araçsız ulaşım sağlanacaksa, özellikle valizlerle yokuş çıkmak biraz zorlayıcı olabilir. Bu nedenle valiziniz varsa doğrudan otelin önüne ulaşım sağlayacak bir araçla gelmenizi öneririm. Otel çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Ercan Bey’e ilgisi, desteği ve samimi yaklaşımı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Odanın manzarası ve balkonu gerçekten çok güzeldi; keyifli vakit geçirmek için idealdi. Ayrıca otelin Zinciriye Medresesi’ne çok yakın olması büyük avantaj. Merdivenlerden sadece birkaç dakika inerek Eski Mardin’in ana caddesine kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Zaten Mardin başlı başına görülmesi gereken bir şehir. Eski Mardin’de, böyle yeni ve temiz bir tesiste konaklamak bizim için ayrı bir artı oldu.

The Castle Inn Mardin’de Intersport Mezopotamya Trail Run için geldiğim Mardin seyahatimde 1 gece konaklama yaptım. Otelin konumu oldukça iyi—hem merkeze, Cumhuriyet Meydanı’na yakın hem de Eski Mardin’e ve Mezopotamya Ovası’na hakim bir noktada yer alıyor. Özellikle gece manzarası gerçekten çok etkileyici. Terasa çıkıp vakit geçirmek ayrı bir keyif. Yeni bir işletme olduğunu belirttiler; sanırım henüz 1 aydır faaliyetteler. Buna rağmen check-in süreci oldukça hızlı ve sorunsuzdu. 203 numaralı odada kaldım, hatta bu odada konaklayan ilk misafir olduğumu söylediler. Oda tertipliydi, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Yarış sonrası oldukça aç bir şekilde döndüğüm için kahvaltı benim için önemliydi—sunulan kahvaltı tabağı hem doyurucu hem de lezzetliydi, gayet başarılı buldum. Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından oldukça tatmin edici bir otel. Mardin’de merkezi, manzaralı ve keyifli bir konaklama arayanlar için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir.
