FAQS / GUEST INFO: - What is the bedding configuration? Two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a full bunk bed. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests. Pool towels not provided. - What consumables are provided? We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid. - How and when will I receive the address & key code? Once your booking is confirmed, youâll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival. - Is the property pet-friendly? No â pets are NOT allowed. - Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair? Children are welcome. Cot is provided for free and a highchair available upon request for a small fee. - Is smoking allowed? No, smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. It is only allowed in outdoor areas within the complex. - Parking details? Onsite secure parking is available to guests. - Where are the bedrooms located? All bedrooms are situated on the second floor - What bathroom facilities are available in the property? The property has two bathrooms: Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom, and Bathroom 2 is shared. Both feature a shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available. - Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility? The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility, as the bedrooms are located on the second floor and require the use of stairs.
đ PLEASE NOTE: No school leavers. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am No Pets allowed. This a no-smoking property. No School Leavers Parties & large gatherings not permitted. The total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number. Bed type: 2 Queen Beds | 1 Bunk Bed (Double-Bottom/Single-Top) Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking. The bins are collected early on Monday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Sunday night. Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to: Put all furniture back in original positions All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places. All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins. BBQ gas turned off after use. Ovens â food removed and wiped.
We were three generations and the house was perfect. It was nice being walking distance to shops, having outdoor space and bedrooms up stairs. We used the pool which was nice having access too. The massage place ( next door) was worth a visit as well as the bakery and distillery. All walking distance. The other sight seeing places we visited were no more than 15 mins away, beach, caves and birds of prey.
This holiday townhouse was presented spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The home was very nicely furnished inside and out, providing great flexibility. The activity/games cabinet was stacked with things to do and easy access to the pool ensured plenty of entertainment. I highly recommend.
