Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Guests: The short stay approval on this house is for no more that two people or one family of 4 at any one time.
Pets: The house is ‘Pet Friendly’ and we love small furry friends :) Small non-allogeneic breeds are permitted to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs allowed at any one time. The yard is fully fenced. All dogs must be kept off furniture/beds and out of carpeted rooms (bedrooms). Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.
Linen: Linen is included in your stay.
Firewood: We provide ‘starter wood’ to get you going for your first fire, from May - September. Any additional wood will need to be purchased from the fuel station down the road or the local hardware store.
Carport: Please note the there is only one single carport available for parking, the bay is tight. Please be careful when parking.
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
