Margs Central Stay | Margaret River Apartment

Margs Central Stay is a great holiday apartment right in the middle of Margaret River town. There are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king bed, TV, air-conditioner and small balcony, the 2nd bedroom has a king & a single bed. It’s a great space for two couples or friends to share or for a family of 5.
The Space
Downstairs there is an open plan living / dining area that opens off the kitchen. There is also a laundry with powder room (2nd toilet & hand basin). Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower and spa bath, the toilet is next to the bathroom in a powder room.
The apartment is fully self contained and offers a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine & dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioner to the living area and both bedrooms and an open plan living area which opens onto a deck with BBQ.
There is also a seperate lockable storage shed opposite the apartment that can be used to store bikes, surfboards etc.
Other things to note
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
