Villa on Fearn - in the Heart of Margaret River

Located right in the heart of town in the world famous region of Margaret River!
Enjoy the beautiful rooftop outlook to the forest taking you straight into a very relaxed holiday mood.
The Villa has two spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed an en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, including a large bath.
The property has reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and wonder boom speaker box. There's a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and microwave, laundry and all other modern conveniences, including a Nutra Bullet. The property also has complementary WiFi.

It is beautifully designed to take maximum advantage of the winter sun and has been recently refurnished, with new furnishings and timber floors throughout. Giving the Villa a Balinese oasis feel.

The Villa is spacious and has balconies off the open plan living/dining area, via a wall of bi-fold doors, and also off each of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area to keep you cool during the summer months.
Indulge yourself in the large bath, off the master bedroom, relax on one of the balconies or stroll to restaurants, pubs, delightful boutiques, cafes, markets, forest walks, tourist information centre and entertainment. Alternatively if you are wanting to enjoy an evening meal at home, the restaurant downstairs, has delicious food to go.
The property can comfortably accommodate up-to 4 guests, its the perfect place for a weekend getaway!
Guests comfort and safety are our main priorities. Our cleaning team have recently completed a AHA Hospitality & Hygiene Covid 19 Hygiene Course.

Margaret River Gem

Three nights in MR staying at Villa on Fearn was very enjoyable, great location within easy reach of shops, cafes and pubs. Close to wineries and beaches for sunset viewing. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable for two couples to share. Some stairs to walk up and down so need to mindful of that, thankfully it was not an issue for us. I would definitely recommend Villa on Fearn when visiting MR.

Lovely apartment in the middle of Margaret River township.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well looked after. Very nice decor. Only a few steps from the middle of Margaret River and minutes from local restaurants and wineries.

Lovely apartment

Everything was fantastic, from the cleanliness to the location of the apartment. I loved the little details, like extra blankets and pillows and even umbrellas (which we forgot to bring with us and definitely needed). I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends thinking of staying in Margaret River.

Great location and clean apartment

My father and his friend loved their time in this apartment. I was concerned that it was right in town and might be noisy but in fact it was very peaceful with lovely views. It could not have been more convenient for exploring town and was extremely comfortable and well equiped. It was lovely and sunny and light- we didn't want to go back to our accomodation when we visited them as it was so pleasant - highly recommended.
